Books that Have Helped Me Grow
Customer Satisfaction is Worthless, The Little Red Book of Selling, Little Gold Book of Yes! Attitude by Jeffery Gitomer. Really, all of Jeffery Gitomers books are awesome, but these to stand out to me, they are where I would recommend starting.
How to Win Friends and Influence People, The classic by Dale Carnegie that teaches the golden rule of dealing with people in detail. I start every year by rereading this book.
Outwitting the Devil, by Napoleon Hill. This book really opened my eyes to the power of thinking for myself, and what happens to us when we don’t. This was written in the 1930’s but just released in 2011. Amazing how prophetic Hill’s words are. And, I also I have to mention his legendary book Think and Grow Rich, probably the first business improvement book.
Power Questions by Andrew Sobel and Jerold Panas, Thought provoking questions, I frequently refer back to this book.
Selling With Nobel Purpose, Lisa Earl Mcleod. This book made me understand what really drove my sales success, and the fact that the reason we do what we do is so important.
Platform by Michael Hyatt. He teaches his proven ways to build your platform, and get started in blogging and writing.
